Six levels, one session each. Every session holds sixteen sentence-completion questions, a set of short documents with comprehension questions, and one writing task with a model answer — 155 exercises in all, in the format used by the TCF.
The corrections stay hidden until you have answered every question in the session. That is deliberate: correcting one question at a time turns the exercise into assisted guessing, and the score stops meaning anything.
Nothing is asked of you to use this page — no account, no email. The bank is fixed: it is a snapshot, not a feed.

Writing task
Writing task 1 (TCF format) — You are inviting a friend to your birthday party on Saturday. Write them a message giving the day, the time and the place. (30 to 40 words)
Write your answer on paper or in a document, then compare it with the model.

About these exercises
Is it really free?
Yes, and there is nothing to sign up for. The whole bank is on this page, at every level from A1 to C2.
Why can't I see the correction straight away?
Because a correction shown question by question turns the session into assisted guessing. Answering all of them first is what makes the score worth reading — and what shows you which level you actually sit at.
Which level should I start with?
One below where you think you are. A session takes about twenty minutes, and a level you clear comfortably tells you as much as one you struggle through — it confirms the ground is solid before you build on it.
Is this the real TCF?
No. These are original exercises written in the format of the TCF, for practice. The official tests are set by France Éducation international, and the sample papers they publish are the reference.
Are new exercises added here?
No. This bank is a fixed snapshot, kept as it is. The version our students follow receives new exercises every day, which is the difference between the two.
How is the writing task corrected?
It is not corrected automatically — no software marks a piece of writing usefully. You get the task, a model answer and the points an examiner looks for, so you can compare. Written production is the part where a teacher's correction changes the most.
